Professional Experience
Founder of Novus Concilium, a cross-border, boutique, law firm, counseling and representing tech companies with a laser focus on Corporate, Intellectual Property and Data Protection Law and Regulation.
Member of the Board of Trustees of the San Francisco Mexican Museum.
Education
Graduated form the UC Berkeley School of Law earning a Masters in Law (LLM), with a focus on technology, law and policy in areas such as privacy and intellectual property.
Graduated from Anáhuac University, Faculty of Law, earning a Bachelors in Law (LLB)* defending a final thesis on electronic and digital contracts.
*LLB is an equivalent to a JD in Mexico.
